Not much at all. Have a clear space where Kimberly can set up the table (roughly 8 by 4 feet), and make sure the room is at a comfortable temperature. Hydrate beforehand, and avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment. Everything else is taken care of.
Yes. Kimberly arrives with a professional massage table, fresh linens, pillows, professional-grade oils and lotions, and a portable speaker for ambient music. You don't need to provide anything.
Booking 48 to 72 hours in advance is recommended to guarantee your preferred time slot. Same day appointments are sometimes available depending on the schedule. The online booking system shows real time availability.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a late cancellation fee. No shows are charged the full session rate. Life happens, so if you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible.
Massage therapy is safe for most people, but certain conditions may require a doctor's clearance first. If you have a history of blood clots, recent surgery, active skin conditions, or are currently undergoing cancer treatment, please mention this when booking. Kimberly will discuss any concerns before your session begins.
