Prenatal Massage, Without Leaving Home
Safe, supported bodywork for every trimester
No parking deck, no waiting room, no climbing onto a table in a strange building. Kimberly brings pregnancy massage to your home, with side-lying positioning and cushioning that keeps you comfortable the whole way through.
Massage That Adapts to Pregnancy
Pregnancy changes where the body holds tension. The low back and hips carry a shifting load, the shoulders round as the chest grows, calves and feet swell, and sleep gets harder every week. Prenatal massage addresses those directly, with pressure and positioning chosen for the stage you are at.
Kimberly works mostly in a side-lying position with pillows under the belly, between the knees and at the back, which keeps the spine and hips neutral and takes pressure off the vena cava. Deep abdominal work and certain pressure points are avoided. The result is a session that feels thorough and leaves you lighter rather than wiped out.

What Expectant Mothers Book It For
Low back and hip pain
The most common reason. As posture shifts, the muscles around the pelvis work overtime. Targeted, gentle work takes the edge off.
Swelling in legs and feet
Light, rhythmic strokes encourage fluid to move, which many clients notice the same evening.
Sleep and stress
A slower nervous system is the whole point. Many clients book an evening session for exactly this reason.
What a Session Looks Like
Health check-in
Your trimester, how the pregnancy is going, anything your provider has flagged. Kimberly adjusts the session to all of it.
Supported positioning
Side-lying with a full set of cushions, or semi-reclined if you prefer. You are never asked to lie flat on your back later in pregnancy.
Gentle, specific work
Low back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet, with pressure you set. Then a few minutes to get up slowly before she packs away.
Prenatal Massage FAQ
For most healthy pregnancies, yes, and it is widely recommended from the second trimester on. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, preeclampsia, a history of clotting, or your provider has concerns, get their okay first. Kimberly will ask about this when you book.
Many clients begin in the second trimester, when nausea has usually settled and positioning becomes more important. Kimberly also sees clients in the first trimester with provider clearance, and right up to the due date.
No. Sessions use side-lying positioning with cushions, or a semi-reclined position. Both keep you and the baby comfortable and supported.
Yes. Once your provider has cleared you, massage helps with the shoulder and neck tension of feeding and carrying, and lymphatic work helps with lingering swelling. Book any session and note that you are postpartum.
