Hold the date and relax
A 50% deposit reserves your date. Kimberly arrives early with the chair or table, linens and everything else, and packs away when you are done.
Event Policies
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 5 days before the event, or 14 days before a wedding.
With 7 or more days notice your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date. Inside 7 days the deposit is kept, and inside 72 hours the full amount is due. A wedding deposit can be moved once with 60 days notice.
No travel fee anywhere in metro Atlanta. Events outside the metro area are quoted.
Included in corporate and office rates, so the invoice is one number. For weddings and private parties gratuity is separate.
Kimberly is licensed and insured. If your office, hotel or venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them, mention it in your request and allow three business days.
Weddings and Events FAQ
About four people an hour with 15 minute chair sessions, or six with 10 minute sessions. For weddings and parties the package sets the session lengths.
For chair massage, a quiet corner or small conference room about eight feet square near an outlet is plenty. For table massage in a bridal suite or home, about eight feet by four. Kimberly brings the chair or table, linens and everything else.
Yes. Kimberly is a licensed massage therapist and carries liability insurance. A certificate naming your office, hotel or venue is available on request with three business days notice.
Send the request form with your date, hours and headcount. Kimberly replies with availability and a written quote, and a 50% deposit holds the date.
Yes. Recurring office wellness days are $160 per hour when you book three or more dates.
Yes. Gift certificates make strong employee awards and client gifts. For a group order, choose Corporate gift certificates on the request form.
