Information you share

Our contact and intake forms collect contact details, date of birth, session preferences and health notes. Offer forms and gift orders collect the details you provide to request an offer or arrange a gift, including buyer and recipient contact details and gift messages.

How we use and store it

We use this information to prepare your session, arrange bookings, fulfill offers and gifts, and support safety. Form records are stored on our own server, with access limited to Kimberly. Form submissions also send her an email notification. Booking records and the date, time and version of your policy agreement may be used to respond to a payment dispute.

Visit statistics

We use first-party, privacy-friendly visit statistics to understand which pages help visitors. Browser storage holds a randomly generated visitor identifier and the first referring site and landing page. We measure pages visited, referring sites, device type, time on a page and actions such as booking or contact clicks. The first-party tracker respects your browser's Do Not Track setting and does not send form answers in visit events. Form submissions include that identifier and first-visit source so we can understand how clients find us.

We also use Google Analytics to understand website use. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device and visit information under Google's privacy policy. The first-party Do Not Track setting does not turn off Google Analytics.

Payments

Payments and cards on file are handled by Square. We never see your full card number.

Identity checks

We request an identity check only for some bookings. If we ask you to verify your identity, Stripe collects your ID photo and selfie under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only whether the check passed and the name and date of birth on the ID to confirm the match. We never receive the images.

Your choices

We do not sell your data. To ask about your information or request deletion, email hello@tranquiluxtherapy.com. We may need to keep records needed for a payment dispute or legal obligation.
